Educational qualification:
- Programme Coordinator: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a doctoral degree in Agricultural Engineering.
- SMS: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a Masters degree in relevant field.
- Programme assistants -Soil Science: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a graduation degree in Science.
- Junior stenographer: The candidates applying for this post are required to have completed their Class 12th. They should have computer knowledge.

- Programme Coordinator: Rs 37, 400-67, 000 + RGP of Rs 9, 000
- SMS: Rs 15, 600-39, 100 + RGP of Rs5, 400
