Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:    

1. Project/ programme manager: The candidates applying for this post should possess an MBA degree in Finance/Human Resource Management. Or the candidates should have acquired a two-year postgraduate diploma in management from AICTE.
2. Scientist - D: Candidates applying for this post should have acquired a postgraduate degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) and they should have five years of experience in R & D/teaching. Or candidates should have a postgraduate diploma in medical subjects having at least six years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Finance/accounts manager: Candidates should have done MBA in Finance/ICWA/ CA/M.Com with three years of experience.
4. Data entry operator: Candidates applying for this post should be graduates and they should have done at least a six month computer course. Also, they should have acquired at least two years of experience.

Age limit:

1. Project/ programme manager: Candidates should age between 30 and 62 years.
2. Scientist - D: Candidates should not be above 50 years.
3. Finance/ accounts manager: Candidates should be between 28 and 62 years of age.
4. Data entry operator: Candidates should be between 23 and 35 years.

Pay Scale:

1. Project/programme manager: Rs 60, 000 to Rs 80, 000 per month.
2. Scientist - D: Rs 65, 000 per month.
3. Finance/accounts manager: Rs 40, 000 to Rs 45, 000 per month.
4. Data entry operator: Rs 16, 000 to Rs 20, 000

Selection Procedure:

• The candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their performances in the written test/trade test/ practical test/skill test/personal interview.
