- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed degree in Environmental Engineering or any engineering degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks from a recognized University.
Sales and Marketing: 31 posts
- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed a recognized degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.
Personnel: 26 posts
- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.
Finance: 73 posts
- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should be qualified as CA or ICWA
Community Development: 120 posts
- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed minimum two years full time post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized University/Institute specializing in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/Development Management/Rural Management
Materials Management: 17 posts
- Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
- Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60 per cent marks.
Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of a written test and interview.
