Coal India Limited has announced the recruitment to 339 posts of Management Trainee in the fields of Environment, Sales and Marketing, Personnel, Finance, Community Development and Materials Management. Last date for online application is April 14, 2014.

Vacancies

Environment: 72 posts
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed degree in Environmental Engineering or any engineering degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks from a recognized University.

Sales and Marketing: 31 posts 
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed a recognized degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.

Personnel: 26 posts 
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.

Finance: 73 posts 
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should be qualified as CA or ICWA

Community Development: 120 posts 
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed minimum two years full time post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized University/Institute specializing in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/Development Management/Rural Management

Materials Management: 17 posts
  • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600 - 46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900 - 50,500
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60 per cent marks. 
Selection
Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of a written test and interview.

Candidates can apply online after submitting the Bank Challan with application fees at any branch of SBI. After duly filling in the online application form, send a print out with required attachments to the CIL given address to complete the application process.
