High Court of Rajasthan announces recruitment for 105 civil judge posts

The High Court of Rajasthan has notified recruitment for the posts of Civil Judge. A total of 105 vacancies are available. The interested and eligible candidates may apply according to the prescribed format.
Vacancy details:

• Total number of posts: 105
• Name of the post: Civil judge
• Eligibility criteria: The candidates must hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws. The degree should be from a university recognised under the Advocates Act, 1961. The candidates should know Hindi language and Rajasthani dialects. They should also have knowledge of the social customs and norms in Rajasthan.
• Age limit: The candidates should be in the age group of 23 to 35 years as of January 1, 2015.
• Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the competitive exam. This exam is divided into three stages:

• Preliminary examination
• Main examination
• Interview

Only the candidates who clear the Preliminary Exam will be allowed to sit for the Main Exam. Similarly, only those candidates who pass the Main Exam will be called for the interview round.

• Application procedure: The interested and eligible candidates may apply online at Rajasthan High Court's official site www.hcraj.nic.in.
• Application fee: The candidates from other states belonging to the General and OBC (creamy layer) categories have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. The candidates from Rajasthan under the OBC (non-creamy layer) category have to pay a fee of Rs 150. And, the candidates from Rajasthan under the SC and ST categories have to pay a fee of Rs 50.
