The Office of the Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Assam has invited job
applications for recruitment for more than 50 posts on contractual

1. Dental Surgeon:Remuneration: Rs 29,000 per month
Eligibility criteria: The candidates should have a BDS degree and must be registered with Assam State Dental Council.
2. Laboratory TechnicianRemuneration: Rs 13,000 per month
Eligibility: The candidates should have passed Laboratory Technician Certificate Course with relevant work experience.
3. State Program Manager, NHM: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 32,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidates should posess a postgraduate degree/diploma in Health
Management/Public Health Management with minimum five-year relevant work
experience. The age of the candidate's should not be more than 55
years.
4. Consultant (Electrical Utility), NHM: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 32,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or AMIE
in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
5. Additional Consultant (Civil Works), NHM: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 35,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should be a retired Additional Chief Engineer (Civil)
from any works Department of Government of Assam have good knowledge of
building works (Execution and Supervision), preparation of estimate for
building etc.
6. Consultant (Community Processes), NHM: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 32,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidates should have a postgraduate degree/diploma in Social
Work/ Rural Development with minimum 3 years relevant work experience or
should be a graduate with minimum 15 years relevant work experience.
7. Social Worker, DEIC: 6 postsRemuneration: Rs 13,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should hold a bachelor degree in Social Work/Rural
Development/Sociology/Social Science with at least one year relevant
work experience.
8. Speech Therapist, DEIC: 6 postsRemuneration: Rs 16,500 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should hold a diploma in Hearing and Language and Speech
(DHLS) with minimum two years' relevant work experience.
9. Psychologist, DEIC: 6 postsRemuneration: Rs 16,500 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should hold a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology/
Psychology with at least two years' relevant work experience.
10. Manager, DEIC: 6 postsRemuneration: Rs 25,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should hold an MBA degree, postgraduate degree/diploma in
Management/ Rural Management/Social Work/ Rural Development with
minimum three years' relevant work experience.
11. Name of Post: Sentinel Site Medical Officer, NVBDCP: 4 postsRemuneration: Rs 40,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should have completed MBBS and have three years'
experience in Medicine/Pediatrics/O&G. The candidates' age should
not be more than 62 years.
12. Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant, NVBDCP: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 40,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should have completed MBBS with postgraduate degree in
Preventive Medicine/Community Medicine/Public Health preferably with two
years' relevant work experience or should have done MBBS with over 15
years' relevant work experience. The age of the candidate should not be
more than 62 years.
13. Secretarial Assistant cum Data Entry Operator, NVBDCP: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 8,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and have a Diploma
in Computer Application/PGDCA/DOEACC 'O' level or equivalent or the
candidate should have done BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/
DOEACC 'A' level or equivalent. The age of the candidate should be less
than 40 years.
14. Statistical Assistant, NVBDCP: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 10,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should be a graduate with Maths/Statistics and minimum
one-year relevant work experience. The age of the candidate should be
less than 45 years.
15. District VBD Consultant, NVBDCPRemuneration: Rs 30,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should posses a postgraduate degree in
Zoology/Entomology/Life Sciences with 5 years' relevant work experience.
For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must subject at graduate
level. The age of the candidate should be less than 40 years.
16. Urban Health Consultant: 1 postRemuneration: Rs 32,000 per month
Eligibility:
The candidate should posses a postgraduate degree/diploma in Health
Management/Public Health Management with minimum 5 years' relevant work
experience.
17. Urban Health Coordinator: 14 postsRemuneration: Rs 22,000 per month
