Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) invites applications for recruitment of Manager (F&S), Dy. Manager (F&S) and Sr. Officer (F&S). Candidates can apply online on or before March 4, 2014.

Age limit:

1. Manager (F&S): Candidate upper age limit should be 37 years as on March 4, 2014.
2. Dy. Manager (F&S): Candidate upper age limit should be 34 years as on March 4, 2014.
3. Sr. Officer (F&S): Candidate upper age limit should be 30 years as on March 4, 2014.

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire or Fire & Safety with minimum 60% marks.
2. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central/ Regional Labour Institute recognized by Govt.

Pay Scale:

• Manager (F&S): Rs 32,900-58,000/-
• Dy. Manager (F&S): Rs 29,100-54,500/-
• Sr. Officer (F&S): Rs 24,900-50,500/-

Selection process: Candidate will be selected on the basis of Physical Endurance Test, group discussions and/ or interview before the Selection Committee.

SO-02	Sr. Officer		Up to 30 yrs	Graduates from recognized university. Candidate should possess experience of 2 to 5 Years in a reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Bank, Candidate having Housing Finance, deposit mobilization and HR related experience will be preferred.
JM-03	Jr. Manager		Up to 33 yrs	Postgraduates in commerce from recognized university/ CA / ICWA / CS. Candidate should possess experience of 5 to 7 Years in a reputed financial organisation, Candidate having Housing Finance and HR related experience will be preferred.
AM-04	Asst. Manager		Up to 35 yrs	Graduates from recognized university OR candidates having professional degrees CA/ ICWA /CS. Candidate should possess experience of 7 to 10 Years in a reputed NBFC/HFC/ Banks having experience in legal and Collections will be an added advantage. Candidate having Housing Finance and HR related experience will be preferred.
MA05	Manager HR		Up to 35 yrs	MBA / MSW / IR / MPM Candidate should have minimum 10 year years relevant experience preferably in a reputed NBFC/HFC/ Banks with HR, IR. The Job Profile includes the following roles and responsibility- general administration facility and infrastructure management statutory compliance organisational development talent acquisition performance management system employee engagement employee welfare compensation and benefits learning and development HR operations exit management attrition analysis etc.
MA-06	Manager IT		Up to 45 yrs	Essential: MCA / BE / B. Tech M. Sc Computer Science / Any Professional Degree holder in IT from recognised University. Candidate should possess experience of working of atleast 10 year in any Public/ Private Sector Bank / Housing Finance Company/ NBFC in Middle Management cadre experience should be of handling IT projects on core banking platform and should have themselves involved in processing and implementation of centralized solution in respect of housing loan modules will be preferred.
MA-07	Manager/ Sr. Manager		Up to 45 yrs	Graduates from recognized university. OR candidates having professional degrees CA/ICWA/CS. Candidate should possess experience of 10 plus years in a reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Banks having experience in Legal, Collections, Corporate Relationships will be an added advantage. Candidate having Housing Finance related experience will be preferred.
