Eligibility

Stenographer (English/Hindi) - 

1. The applying candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum shorthand speed of 80 wods per minute in English/Hindi.
2. A certificate in computer course recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses(DOEACC) or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.

Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) - 

1. The applicant should have passed matriculation or an equivalent educational qualification from a recognised institute.
2. Must possess a valid commercial LMV/HMV license
3. Candidates should have skill and experience in driving motor vehicles.

Selection Procedure

• Stenographer: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test consisting of two papers 100 marks each. The test will evaluate candidates in subjects of Essay, Letter, Grammar and stenography.
• Staff Car Driver: A written test of 100 marks will evaluate candidates on driving techniques and motor car mechanism.
• The second phase of selection will involve a trade test of 100 marks covering subjects related to traffic regulations and Motor Vehicles Act, along with a practical test in driving.
