1. who can handle large volume of Requirement. 
2. Should have handled end – to end Recruitment. 
3. Should be a good negotiator. 
4. Should possess maturity. Excellent verbal & written communication skill, 
5. Understanding of recruitment End to End recruitment life cycle Coordinate with hiring managers / stakeholders.
