Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

1. Physician: The candidates applying fro this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should have completed their post graduation. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/ Hindi.
2. Ophthalmic surgeon: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should possess a post graduation diploma in ophthalmology. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/ Hindi.
3. Gynecologist: The candidates applying for this post should possess an MBBS/MD/MS degree (Obstetrics and Gynecology). Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/Hindi.
4. Dermatologist: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should possess a post graduation diploma Dermatology and Venereology. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/Hindi.

Age limit:

1. Physician: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 40 years.
2. Ophthalmic surgeon: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 40 years.
3. Gynecologist: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 35 years.

Selection process:

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the preliminary exam, main exam and viva voice test.

Salary

• Selected candidates will be paid on a per hour basis with payment based on qualification and experience of the candidate. Maximum working hours will be 8 hours per day.  
• For candidates with MD/MS/DNB and one year experience in the Specialty: Rs 300 per hour
• For candidates with PG Diploma in the Specialty and one year experience: Rs 249 per hour
• For candidates with PG Diploma in the Specialty and three years of experience: Rs 265 per hour

Selection

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts based on their performance in a Personal Interview. However before final selection candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination.
