Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:

• Photographer: The candidates must have a three years diploma in Photography from a recognised university or institute
• Junior chemist: The candidates must have a Master's degree in Chemistry, Dairy Chemistry, Oil Technology or Food Technology from a recognised university or institution. Or, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any field of Chemistry from a recognised university or institution
• Experience
• Photographer: The candidate must have an experience of three years in various fields of photography, colour processing and the maintenance of photographic equipments in any government organisation
• Junior Chemist: No such experience is required
• Age limit
  The candidates applying for the above posts must not exceed the age limit of 30 years
• Selection procedure
  The candidates will be selected on the basis of a screening test and a personal interview
• Pay scale
• Photographer: The candidates will be paid a salary in the pay scale of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 with a grade pay of Rs 4,200
  Junior Chemist: The candidates will be paid a salary in the pay scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,800

• Experience: The candidate must have a three year experience in indoor and outdoor photography, developing, printing, copying, enlarging and preparing of lantern slides.
• Age: The candidate must not be more than 25 years of age.
• Selection Procedure: The candidate will be selected on the basis of an interview, conducted by the Ministry of Culture Archaeological Survey of India.

3. Telephone operator Gr. II: Candidates applying for this post should have passed Class 12. Also, the candidate should be proficient in handling PBX Board and Electronic Exchanges.
4. Cook: Candidates applying for this post should have passed Class 10 and should possess one year of experience.
5. Civilian motor driver (ordinary grade): Candidates applying for this post should have passed Class 10 and should have obtained a license for driving light and heavy vehicles and should have basic knowledge about automatic repairing.
6. Ambulance driver (ordinary grade): Candidates applying for this post should have passed Class 10 and should have obtained a license for driving light and heavy vehicles and should have basic knowledge about automatic repairing. They should have preliminary knowledge in first aid.

Age limit: The candidates applying for either of the posts should be between 18 and 27 years.
