3. Junior Library and Information assistant: The candidate should have passed senior secondary or equivalent examination conducted by state board of education/univeristy.
4. Junior assistant: The candidate must be a graduate in Computer Application/Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management from a recognised university.
5. Dispatch rider: The candidates must have passed matriculation from a recognised board/university.
6. M.T.S - Library: The candidate should have passed class 10 or equivalent from state education board or recognised institution.

Age limit:

1. Semi professional assistant: The age of the candidate applying for this post must be up to 35 years.
2. Assistant: The age of the candidate applying for this post must be up to 30 years.
3. Junior Library and Information assistant: The age of the candidate applying for this post must be up to 30 years.
