- Applicants have to pay a fee of Rs 250 (RS 100 for SC/ ST) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of the Principal, Deshbandhu College.
- The candidate should have a good academic record with at least 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for candidates belonging to SC/ST Persons with Disability which is Physically and Visually disabled or those who passed their Master's Degree before 19.09.1991 and hold a Ph.D Degree) or an equivalent grade.
- Also the candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET conducted by the UGC/ CSIR) or a similar test accredited by the UGC.
