General Managers in Public Sector / Private Sector Bank with exceptional experience in IT field. Deputy General Managers and above in Public / Private Sector Banks who have worked as DGM(IT) / GM(IT) at least for a period of 2 years in the cadre.
Candidate should have exceptional experience in Information Technology field with atleast minimum 10 years and should have had practical experience in a Bank in Core Banking environment

• Age Limit: Preferred age is from 50 to 60 years which may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally good candidates.
• Pay Scale: Consolidated pay comprising of Basic Pay Rs.53,000/- and DA for Rs.54,605/- and other perquisites available to regular GMs+Special allowance of Rs.10,000/- pm. (The total emoluments at present will be Rs.1,17,905/- P.M)

For Deputy General Manager:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB. A Chartered Accountant qualification is desirable.
2. DGM in Public/Private Sector scheduled commercial Banks with exceptional recent experience in Treasury operations (Forex & Domestic).
3. AGM and above in Public/Private Sector scheduled commercial Banks with 3 years experience in Treasury operations (Forex & Domestic).
4. Should have exceptional experience in Money market operations, dealing in G-Sec to meet SLR obligations as well as Non-SLR securities, Dealing in Forex operations and in Integrated Treasury Operations in Public/Private Sector Bank in various cadres for about 10 years.

• Age Limit: Preferred age is between 50 to 60 years. It may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally good candidates.
• Pay Scale: Candidates selected would be paid a consolidated pay comprising of Basic pay Rs.48,000/- pm. and DA for Rs.49,176 and other perquisites available to regular DGMs. (The total emoluments at present will be Rs.97,176/- P.M)
• Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of personal interview.
