Eligibilty criteria:
Educational qualification:
  1. The candidates applying for the post of Deputy Company Secretary must be graduates with membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  2. For all other posts the candidates should have a full-time post graduate degree or equivalent experience. 
Experience: 
  • Deputy Company Secretary: Ten years service in the executive cadre in the discipline concerned inclusive of five years service at Senior Manager (E-4) level or above is essential.
  • Manager: Two years work experience in the Executive cadre in the discipline concerned is essential.
  • Junior Executive: No experience is required.
  • Age limit: Maximum age as on June 30 2015 should be:
  • Deputy Company Secretary: 40 years for general category, 45 years for SC or ST and 43 years for OBC.
  • Manager: 32 years general category, 37 years for SC or ST and 35 years for OBC.
  • Junior executive: 27 years general category, 32 years for SC or ST and 30 years for OBC.
  • Pay scale:
  • Deputy company secretary: The salary shall range from Rs 36,600 to Rs 6,2000
  • Manager: The salary for managers shall be between Rs 24,900 and Rs 50,500
  • Junior executive: The salary will be between Rs 16,400 to Rs 40,500
  • The CTC per annum would be approximately Rs 15 lakhs for the post of Deputy Company Secretary, Rs 10.0 lakhs for the post of Manager and Rs 6.9 lakhs for the post of Junior Executive respectively.
  • Selection process:
  • Deputy Company Secretary: For this post there will be a screening and interview. Screening and eligibility will be based on the details provided by the candidates. 
  • Manager and Junior Executive: For these posts  there is a written test followed by interview.

  2. An application fee of Rs 500 is to be deposited by the candidates by system generated challan at any branch of State Bank of India.

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up for development of vacant railway land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures. RLDA provides attractive house lease, medical & other facilities to its officers & staff.
