National Health Mission, Tripura: Walk-in-interview for various posts

National Health Mission, Tripura recently notified walk-in-interview 2014 to engage applicants for various Ophthalmic Assistant and Data Entry Operator posts.
The candidates will be selected on contract basis, initially the contract will be for 11 months and based on performance of the employees it may be extended. 


Vacancies
  • Total Posts: 40 Posts
Name of the Posts:
  1. Ophthalmic Surgeon: 40 posts
  2. Ophthalmic Assistant: 30 posts
  3. Eye Donation Counselor: 2 posts
  4. Data Entry Operator: 4 posts
Eligblity Criteria:
  1. Ophthalmic Surgeon: The candidates must have M.S/ M.D in ophthalmology.
  2. Ophthalmic Assistant: The candidates must have Diploma in Optometry course.
  3.  Eye Donation Counselor: The candidate must have Graduate degree in Sociology/ Social work/ Arts/ Science
  4. Data Entry Operator: The candidates must be Graduate or equivalent & Diploma in Computer Application.
Age Limit:
  1. Ophthalmic Surgeon: Candidate should be maximum 62 years of age.
  2. Ophthalmic Assistant: Candidate should be maximum 45 years of age.
  3. Eye Donation Counselor: Candidate should be maximum 45 years of age 
  4. Data Entry Operator: Candidate should be maximum 30 years of age
Salary:
  1. Ophthalmic Surgeon: Selected candidates would get Rs. 60000/- per month
  2. Ophthalmic Assistant: Selected candidates would get Rs. 12000/- per month 
  3. Eye Donation Counselor: Selected candidates would get Rs. 15000/- per month.
  4. Data Entry Operator: Selected candidates would get Rs. 8000/- per month.
  • Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Walk-in interview.
  • How to Apply : Candidates are required to download the application format and fill it in a proper manner. Attach required documents to the application form and take a hard copy of application at the time of interview on mentioned dates.
  • Important Dates : Walk-in Interview will be conducted on November  13th and 14th  2014.

The National Health Mission (NHM) Tripura has published an employment notification for the recruitment of 76 various vacant posts on contractual basis of 11 months, which is extendable.

Pay Scale:
  • For Post I - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 60000 per month.
  • For Post II - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 12000 per month.

  • For Post IV - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 8000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Educational Qualification: Eligible and Interested Candidate should have done M.S/ M.D in ophthalmology / Diploma in Optometry course / Graduate degree in Sociology/ Social work/ Arts/ Science / Graduate or equivalent & Diploma in Computer Application.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
  1. Physician: The candidates applying fro this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should have completed their post graduation. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/ Hindi.
  2. Ophthalmic surgeon: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should possess a post graduation diploma in ophthalmology. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/ Hindi.
  3. Gynecologist: The candidates applying for this post should possess an MBBS/MD/MS degree (Obstetrics and Gynecology). Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/Hindi.
  4. Dermatologist: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Also, these candidates should possess a post graduation diploma Dermatology and Venereology. Besides, the candidates should possess knowledge of computer applications and they should know Gujarati/Hindi.

Age limit:
  1. Physician: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 40 years.
  2. Ophthalmic surgeon: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 40 years.
  3. Gynecologist: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 35 years.
  4. Dermatologist: The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 40 years.

Selection process:
  • The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the preliminary exam, main exam and viva voice test.
