The National Health Mission (NHM) Tripura has published an employment notification for the recruitment of 76 various vacant posts on contractual basis of 11 months, which is extendable.

- Ophthalmic Surgeon - 40 Posts
- Ophthalmic Assistant - 30 Posts
- Eye Donation Counsellor - 2 Posts
- Data Entry Operator - 4 Posts
Pay Scale:
- For Post I - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 60000 per month.
- For Post II - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 12000 per month.
- For Post III - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 15000 per month.
- For Post IV - The selected candidates would be getting a pay band of Rs 8000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Eligible and Interested Candidate should have done M.S/ M.D in ophthalmology / Diploma in Optometry course / Graduate degree in Sociology/ Social work/ Arts/ Science / Graduate or equivalent & Diploma in Computer Application.
- Selection Procedure: A walk-in-interview would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
- How to apply: Applicants are required to download the application from the official website and carry it along with all relevant documents at the time of the interview.
- Important Dates: The interview is on November 13 and 14, 2014.
