West Bengal Health Recruitment Board to hire medical technologist

West Bengal Health Recruitment Board has invited application through advertisement for filling up the  post of 149 Medical Technologist for Job Location West Bengal, India.
Eligible candidate should apply through prescribed application form before last  date November 10, 2014.

Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria:

 1. Medical Technologist (EEG/EMG) Grade-III: 16

• Qualifications: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Neuro Electro-Physiology course recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable : One year training after acquiring diploma in Neuro Electro-Physiology course recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Govt. Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003.A Postgraduate diploma in NeuroElectro-Physiology course from any recognized University.

2. Medical Technologist (Radio Therapeutics) Grade-III: 26

• Qualifications: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Radio Therapeutics Technology DRT (Tech) recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable : OR One year training after acquiring diploma in Radio Therapeutics Technology course DRT (Tech) recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003.A Postgraduate diploma in Radio Therapeutics Technology course DRT (Tech) from any recognized University.

3. Medical Technologist ( Perfusionist ) Gr. III : 06  Posts

• Qualifications: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Perfusion Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable : One year training after acquiring diploma in Perfusion Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment4.

4. Medical Technologist ( Dialysis ) Gr. III : 34 Posts

• Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Dialysis Technique recognized  by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable: One year training after acquiring diploma in  Dialysis Technique recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Govt. Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003

5. Medical Technologist ( Cath.Lab ) Gr. III : 19 Posts

• Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Cath Lab Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable : One year training after acquiring diploma in Cath.Lab Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003

6.Medical Technologist ( Critical Care ) Gr. III : 48 Posts 

• Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Critical Care Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
• Desirable : One year training after acquiring diploma in Critical Care Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2013.

Selection Procedure:

• Selection will be done on the basis of candidates' performance in the Written Test and Personal Interview.

• Rs.160/- (rupees one hundred & sixty) only through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS ( Govt. Receipt Portal System ), Govt. of West Bengal through duplicate challan, as generated after filling up the online application Form. Govt. Receipt Head of Account is ' 0051-00-104-002-16'.Payment of Fees at Bank Branches (Off line)21.10.2014 to 17.11.2014 ( banking hours).
