The National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training & Research (NITTTR), Kolkata has invited applications for recruitment fopr Professor posts in various departments. It is a centrally funded autonomous institutions for providing pre- and in-service training to the teachers and staff of degree and diploma level training institutions and also for conducting various activities related to quality improvement of the technical education system of the country.

Pay Scale
- For Post I - Selected candidates would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 with grade pay of Rs 6000.
- For Post II - Selected candidates would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 37400 to Rs 67000 with grade pay of Rs 9000.
- For Post III - Selected candidates would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 37400 to Rs 67000 with grade pay of Rs 10000.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have done B.Tech/BE and ME/M.Tech in relevant engineering field and B.Sc/M.Sc and MEd and Ph.D.
- Selection Procedure: An interview would be conducted to select candidates.
