Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have done BDS in Part-I or Part-II of Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates would get remuneration in pay band Rs 15600-39100 and Grade pay of Rs 5400
- Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 30 years as on November 17, 2014.
- Application Fee: The application fee to fill the online form is Rs 300. (SC/ST/PWD/Departmental candidates, Female candidates and Ex Servicemen are exempted from the fees)

- To pay the fee, candidates shall have to take the printout of challan generated online after filling application and uploading scanned photograph and signature. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of State Bank of India and then take printout of online application. The fee is to be paid only through State Bank of India and then take a printout of online application and generation of challan are available on the website.
- Selection Procedure: The selection for the post of Dental Surgeon will be made on the basis of Written Examination followed by interview of eligible and successful candidates.
- Important Dates: Closing date for submission of online application form is November 17, 2014 (up to 5 pm). The last date for printing of completely submitted online application is November 24, 2014 upto 5pm.
