Pay Scale: 

1. General Manager (Plant) : The salary for selected candidates would be Rs 51300-3pc-73000.
2. General Manager (Marketing & Distribution): The salary for selected candidates would be Rs 51300-3pc-73000.
3. Liaison Representative: The salary for the selected candidates would be Rs 9830-3pc-(30)
4. Medical Assistant:  The salary for the selected candidate would be Rs 9270-3pc-(30).
5. Junior Technical Assistant- Maintenance (Crane Operations): The salary for the selected candidates would be Rs 9270-3pc-(30).
6. Fireman: The salary for selected candidates would be 9020-3pc-(30).

Eligibility

1. General Manager (Plant): Candidates should have a degree in chemical/petrochemical/mechanical/electrical/EEE/production/instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
2. General Manager (Marketing & Distribution): Candidates should have a degree in agriculture/horticulture/MBA in marketing or equivalent.
3. Liaison Representative: Candidates should be Graduates or equivalent.
4. Medical Assistant: Candidates should have B.Sc degree in Nursing or equivalent.
5. Junior Technical Assistant- Maintenance (Crane Operations): Candidates must have passed SSCL examination or equivalent and valid HMV License.
6. Fireman: Candidates must have passed SSCL examination or equivalent and fireman certificate.

Age Limit

• General Manager - Plant: Candidates' age must be minimum 50 years as on October 1, 2014.
• General Manager - M&D: Candidates' age must be minimum 50 years as on October 1, 2014.                                                                        
• Liaison Representative: Candidates' age must be maximum 30 years as on October 1, 2014.                                                                                                                                          
• Medical Assistant: Candidates' age must be maximum 30 years as on October 1, 2014
• Junior Tech Asst (Maint Crane Operations): Candidates' age must be maximum 30 years as on October 1, 2014
• Fireman: Candidates' age must be maximum 30 years as on October 1, 2014
