Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore (Madhya Pradesh) has invited applications for recruitment of Stipendiary Trainees (Category I and II) for filling up of total 50 vacancies.

Educational qualification:
- Post Code I-1: Minimum 60 per cent marks in B.Sc. (Physics as principal and Mathematics/Chemislry/ Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science as subsidiary subjects).
- Post Code I-2: Diploma / Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering (Three years after SSC or Two years after HSC) with minimum 60 per cent marks.
- Post Code I-3: Diploma / Licentiate in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering (Three years after SSC or Two years after HSC) with minimum 60 per cent marks.
- Post Code : I-4: Diploma / Licentiate in Electrical Engineering (Three years after SSC or Two years after HSC) with minimum 60per cent marks.

Educational Qualifications:
Post Code II-1 to II-5 -> Minimum 60 per cent marks in SSC or HSC with Science & Maths PLUS ITI/NCVT certificate in Electronics/ Fitter/ Machinist/ Welder/ Draftsman (Mechanical/Civil). The ITI/NCVT qualification should be either of the following two:- (A) ITI/NCVT put together of not less than Two years (OR) (B) ITI of One year duration Plus One year relevant experience after completion of the course.
Post Code II-6 -> Minimum 60 per cent marks in SSC or HSC with Science & Maths PLUS ITI/NCVT certificate in Laboratory. The ITI/NCVT qualification should be either of the following two:- (A) ITI/NCVT put together of not less than Two years (OR) (B) ITI of One year duration Plus One year relevant experience after completion of the course. (OR) Minimum 60per cent marks in HSC (10+2) with Science and Maths will also be considered.
Age Limit:
Category-I -> 19 to 24 Years as on 29/09/2014. Age Relaxation - 05 Years for SC/ST Category.
Category-II -> 18 to 22 Years as on 29/09/2014. Age Relaxation - 05 Years for ST Category.
Stipend:
Category-I -> Rs.9,300/- per month for 1st Year; Rs.10,500/- per month for 2nd Year.
Category-II -> Rs.6,200/- per month for 1st Year; Rs.7,200/- per month for 2nd Year.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview
(a) Written examination of one-hour duration will be conducted and will comprise of objective (multiple) type questions.
(b) Final selection and ranking will be on the basis of the performance of the candidates in interview. No weightage will be given for marks scored in the written examination.
