Dibrugarh University, Assam announces recruitment notification for various posts

Dibrugarh University, Assam has invited applications for various vacant posts. Dibrugarh University was set up in 1965 under the provisions of the Dibrugarh University Act, 1965 enacted by the Assam Legislative Assembly. It is a teaching-cum-affiliating university with limited residential facilities. The university is situated at Rajabheta at a distance of about five kilometres to the south of the premier town of Dibrugarh in the eastern part of Assam.

• Name of the posts: Assistant Professor
• Pay Scale: Those who will get selected would get a monthly salary of Rs 15000.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Age Limit: The applicants' age should not exceed 35 years. Age relaxation would be provided as per the rules.
• Educational Qualification: Those applying for the job should have done MA in Mass Communication/Journalism or equivalent qualification from a recognised board/university.
• Selection Procedure: An interview and a written test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
