The Board of Secondary Education, Cuttack, Odisha (OTET), has announced recruitment for various vacant positions of Lower Primary Teachers and Upper Primary Teachers, inviting interested and eligible candidates to fill up the positions.
The main objective of the board is to prepare courses of studies, text books, teaching materials etc along with conducting High School Certificate Examinations (H.S.C.E.) and examinations of other courses prescribed by the Board.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates, applying for Post I should have cleared Class XII with at least 50 per cent marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 2-year Diploma in Education and those applying for the second post should have completed graduation with at least 50 per cent marks with 1-year Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.)/ 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education) approved by RCI/Higher Secondary.
Selection Procedure:
Interested candidate will be selected on the basis on their performance in RRBs Common Written Examination (CWE II) conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.
