Indian Oil Corporation Limited is hiring engineers/officers for recruitment through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2015. Eligible candidates can apply to various vacancies announced in disciplines of Engineering and Geology.

Vacancy: Engineers, Geologists/Geophysicists

Eligibility

For Engineers:

• Candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree in engineering/technology in the concerned disciplines from recognised Indian university.
• The maximum age should be 26 years as on June 30, 2015.

For Geologists/Geophysicists:

• Candidates should have passed Post Graduate degree M.Sc/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Geology/Applied Geology (for Geology discipline) and Geophysics/Applied Geophysics (for Geophysics discipline) from a recognised Indian university.
• Applicants from Geology & Geophysics are required to appear for GATE 2015 examination concerning their related discipline.
• The maximum age should be 28 years as on June 30, 2015.

1. Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their GATE 2015 score in respective disciplines. On the basis of their relevant score, applicants will be further selected for, Group Discussion/Group Task and Personal Interview.
2. Salary: Selected candidates will receive a starting pay of Rs 24,900 per month.
3. How to apply: Applicant will first have to register for the GATE 2015 exam. After receiving the GATE registration number, candidates can register online at IOCL.

• GATE admit cards available for printing - December 17, 2014
• Starting date to register online at IOCL - December 17, 2014
• Date of GATE 2015 online exam - January 31 - February 21, 2015
• Last date for receiving online applications by IOCL- February 21, 2015
