Indian male citizens who are unmarried can apply against the post in the Indian Air Force, West Bengal. IAF is looking for talented males from the districts to become airmen.
VACANCIES
  1. Group -X (Technical Trade)
  2. Group -X (Education Instructor)

ELIGIBILITY
For Group 'X' (Technical) Trades:
  1. Candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. or,
  2. Candidates must hold a three-year diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information technology) from a government recognized polytechnic institute with 50 per cent marks in overall aggregate, and 50 per cent marks in English in diploma course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in diploma course.
  3. The maximum age limit should be 21 years
For Group 'X' (Education Instructor) Trade:
  1. Candidates should hold a graduate degree in Arts, Commerce or Science with B Ed degree or a work experience of two years in teaching in a government recognised school/college, with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate in graduation as well as B Ed, or
  2. Candidates should hold a degree in MA English/MSc in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science/MCA with B. Ed degree or two-year teaching experience in a government recognized School/College.
  3. The maximum age limit should be 28 years.
SELECTION PROCESS
  1. The recruitment test will be done at the rally centers from November 8 to 16, 2014 at respective districts. The test will involve:
  2. Written Test
  3. Fitness Test
  4. Interview
