Indian Ordnance Factories hiring for 22 posts

The Indian Ordnance Factories (IOF), Ministry of Defence, Vehicle Factory, Jabalpur, has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill up posts of Radiographer, LDC, Fireman, Durwan and Ward Sahayak. Vehicle Factory, Jabalpur was set up in 1969 and is a dedicated manufacturing unit to meet transport needs of the Armed Forces.

1. Radiographer - 1 Post
2. LDC - 8 Posts
3. Fireman - 3 Posts
4. Durwan - 3 Posts
5. Ward Sahayak - 7 Posts

Pay Scale:

1. For Post I - Those candidates who would get selected would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 per month with grade pay of Rs 4,200.
2. For Post II and III - Those candidates who would get selected would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 per month with grade pay of Rs 1,900.
3. For Post IV and V - Those candidates who would get selected would be drawing a monthly salary of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 per month with grade pay of Rs 1,800.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit: The age of the applicant must be below 27 years and more than 18 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
2. Educational Qualification: Candidates should refer to the official notification for post-wise educational qualification.
3. Selection Procedure: A written examination, skill test, typing test, measurement of physical standards, endurance test, and screening test would be conducted to select candidates.
