The Andaman & Nicobar Police has published recruitment notification, inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of constable and sub-inspector.

Pay Scale:
- For Post I - The selected candidates would be getting a monthly salary of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4,200.
- For Post II - The selected candidates would be getting a monthly salary of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 with grade pay of Rs 2,000.

The applicants' age should not exceed 30 years and must not be less than 18 years for post I and for post II, the age of the candidate must not exceed 25 years and must not be less than 18 years.

Those applying for the job should have passed graduation or equivalent from a recognised board / university for post I and for post II he /she must have passed Class XII / HSC with Science and Mathematics.
Selection Procedure:
A written exam, physical test, medical test followed by an interview would be the basis to select the candidates.
