Educational Qualifications:
Trainee Engineer (Civil / Electrical) -> Full Time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engineering) Degreeor AMIE in required discipline, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Trainee Officer (Finance) -> Graduate with CA or ICWA
Trainee Officer (HR) -> Full time regular two years Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Management & Labour Relations/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. (OR) Full time regular two years Masters in Social Work with Specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (OR) Full time regular two years Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Developments (MHROD).(OR) Full time regular two years MBA with specialization in Human Resource.
Trainee Officer (PR) -> Two year Full Time regular Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Mass Communication /Journalism with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Junior Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) -> Three years Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Supervisor (IT) -> Graduate with DOEACC 'A' Level/ Graduate with one year Diploma in Computer application Or BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. 5/1 years experience in the relevant Field.
Hindi Translator -> Master's Degree in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the degree level or Master's Degree. One year post qualification experience.
Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.02.2014. Age Relaxation -> 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non - Creamy Layer). It is relaxable by 10 years for PWD - General, 13 years for PWD - OBC (Non - Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD -SC/ST Candidates. 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
Selection Process: Written Test and/or Interview at Bhopal (M.P) and/or at any other locations as per requirement.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of "NHDC Ltd" payable at Bhopal (MP)”. SC/ST/PWD Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
How To Apply: Application in duplicate should be typed on A4 paper as per prescribed format. Completed applications in duplicate along with the attested copies of certificates in support of qualification, experience, age, caste / PWD and others as per applicability, with recent passport size photographs duly signed and affixed at right upper corner of application should be sent in an envelope SUPERSCRIBING Name of the post applied for and Advt No. NHDC/HR/RECT-I/2013 to "SENIOR MANAGER (HR)-Rectt.
