Job responsibility includes interacting with US based Insurance Companies for Claims Resolution, Revenue Cycle Management.
Meet set productivity and quality benchmarks for individual and cash collection targets for the team
Analysis of accounts receivable to identify cash collection opportunities.
Documentation of follow up comments and actions to be taken on account receivables
Identify issues and trends with respect to insurance companies not paying correctly or in a timely manner.
Escalate issues and trends to insurance supervisor for timely resolution.
