Eligibility-

1. Officer (Secretarial), Officer (Legal) / Assistant Manager (Legal), Manager (Marketing) / Senior Manager (Marketing)-

3. Executive Director (Operations)-First class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute (OR) Full time Science degree with First class full time post graduate diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology. Minimum 30 years of post qualification experience.

Salary-

1. Officer (Secretarial)- In a pay scale of Rs. 16000-400-20000 with monthly CTC of 62,500/-
2. Officer (Legal) - In a pay scale of Rs.  16000-400-20000 with monthly CTC of 62,500/-
3. Assistant Manager (Legal)- In a pay scale of Rs. 19500-500-24500 with monthly CTC of 74,800/-
4. Manager (Marketing) - In a pay scale of Rs.  28000-800-36000 with monthly CTC of 1,02,200/-
5. Senior Manager (Marketing)- In a pay scale of Rs. 30500-1000-40500 with monthly CTC of 1,11,000/-
6. Executive Director (Operations)- In a pay scale of Rs. 66000-2000-80000 with monthly CTC of 2,11,400/-
