Eligibility-

Manager (Civil Engg.)- 

• The applying candidate should have a degree in B.E/ B.Tech from a govt recognised institute with minimum 60 per cent marks.
• The candidate should have minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in relevant field in central/ state govt/ PSU/ autonomous bodies, out of which preceding minimum 2 years should be in the pay scale of Rs 20,600-46,500.

Manager (HR)- 

• The applying candidate should have done MBS/ post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management/ personnel management from a govt. recognised institute with minimum 60 per cent marks. The candidate should have minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in relevant field in central/ state govt/ PSU/ autonomous bodies, out of which preceding minimum 2 years should be in the pay scale of Rs 20,600-46,500.

Assistant Manager (Civil)- 

• The applying candidate should have a degree in B.E/ B.Tech from a govt. recognised institute with minimum 60 per cent marks. The candidate should have minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in relevant field in central/ state govt/ PSU/ autonomous bodies, out of which preceding minimum 2 years should be in the pay scale of Rs 12,600-32,500.

Executive (Secretarial)- 

• The applying candidate should be a graduate from a govt. recognised university and one-year diploma in secretarial practice or office management. The applicant should have 10 years experience in relevant field in govt/ private organisation.
