Hindustan Petroleum Corporation to recruit graduate Engineers

HPCL invites bright and dynamic graduates, postgraduates in specified disciplines to join the mega integrated oil refining and marketing company.

The selected officers will be on probation for one year. The application process has already started on August 12 and will continue till September 16, 2014

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates should have completed regular four-year full time Bachelor's Degree with minimum 60 per cent marks or equivalent grade (50 per cent for SC/ST/PWD candidates)in following Engineering/Technology branch from a recognised Indian university/institute.
2. Candidates should have post-qualification four-year experience in Design/Operation/Maintenance/Project/Inspection in petroleum refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer units or in consultancy services company executing large and medium size projects in petroleum refinery, petrochemical or fertilizer units in supervisory/executive category.

Selection Procedure:

1. Candidates fulfilling the criteria (based on scrutiny of the application and resume) will be considered for further selection process.
2. The corporation may consider conducting written test/proficiency for a particular position. 
3. Personal Interview would consist of assessment of technical knowledge and behavioural competencies, wherein candidates will be required to qualify technical and behavioural interview individually.
4. Successful candidates in Personal Interview will be required to undergo pre-employment medical examination.
