The Export-Import Bank of India has invited applications for recruitment to posts of Deputy Manager, Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Administrative Officer.
EXIM, established in 1982, is India's leading export finance institution and plays an important role in promotion of international trade and investment. Last date to apply is September 19, 2014.

Deputy Manager: 8 posts (Human Resource Management - 2 posts, Administration - 2 posts, Rajbhasha - 1 post, Internal Audit - 1 post, Management Information Systems - 2 posts)
Salary: Pay Scale Rs 14,500 - 600 - 18,700 - 700 - 20,100 - 800 - 25,700
Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 32 years. For the Rajbhasha post, the candidate should have a post graduation degree in English/Hindi translation. For the Human Resource Management and the Administration posts the candidate should have completed post graduation and have a diploma/ degree in HR or Personnel Management. To be eligible for the Internal Audit and Management Information Systems posts, the candidate should have completed post graduation in Commerce.
Manager: 3 posts (Manager Legal - 2 posts, Manager - 1 post)
Salary: Pay Scale Rs 19,400 - 700 - 20,100 - 800 - 28,100
Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 35 years. For the Manager post, the candidate should have completed post graduation in Business Management with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks, or be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA). For the Manager Legal posts, the candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Assistant General Manager: 1 post
Salary: Pay Scale Rs 30,600 - 900 - 34,200 - 1,000 - 36,200
Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 40 years. The candidate should have completed post graduation in Business Management with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks.
Deputy General Manager: 3 posts
Salary: Pay Scale Rs 36,200 - 1,000 - 38,200 - 1,100 - 40,400
Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 45 years. The candidate should have completed post graduation in Business Management with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks.
Administrative Officer: 3 posts
Salary: Pay Scale Rs 14,500 - 600 - 18,700 - 700 - 20,100 - 800 - 25,700
Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 35 years. The candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks from a recognised university and have computer skills.
Selection
Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in a written test and an interview.
