Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

1. Assistant Engineer (Tel.): The candidates applying for this post are required to be officers of the Maha Nagar Telephone Nigam Limited. They should hold analogous posts on regular basis in the department; or they should hold an experience of service in relevant pay band plus appropriate grade pay and should possess requisite qualification.
2. Assistant Engineer (AC & Refgn.): The candidates applying for this post are required to be officers of CPWD. They should hold analogous posts on regular basis in the department; or they should hold an experience of service in relevant pay band plus appropriate grade pay and should possess requisite qualification.

Age limit:    

1. Assistant Engineer (Tel.): The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 56 years.
2. Assistant Engineer (AC & Refgn.): The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 56 years.

Pay scale:

Rs 9, 300to Rs 34, 800 plus grade pay of Rs 4, 600 per month.

Selection process:

The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written test/ trade test/ practical test/ skill test/ personal interview.
