Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution to hire 6542 Vidyut Sahayyaks

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co has invited applications for recruitment of Vidyut Sahayyaks to fill up 6,542 posts.

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd is a public sector undertaking controlled by the Government of Maharashtra. It is the second largest electricity distribution utility in the world after State Grid Corporation of China. MahaDiscom distributes electricity to the entire state except Mumbai city and the most parts of its suburban region.

• Vidyut Sahayyak:  6,542    

Age Limit

• 18 to 27 Years as on 30/09/2014

Stipend

• 1st Year - Rs 7,500/- PM 
• 2nd Year - Rs 8,500/- PM 
• 3rd Year - Rs 9,500/- PM

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should have completed matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade from a recognised institute.

Selection Process:

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview.
• Application Fee: Rs 110 for General and OBC Category candidates. Rs 60 for Reserved (SC/ST) category candidates. The fee has to be paid only through credit card/ debit card/ internet banking.
