Coal India Limited (CIL) invites recruitment applications to fill vacancies of Management Trainees for CIL and for its subsidiary companies in different Disciplines such as Environment, Finance & Accounts, Personnel, Sales & Marketing, Community Development and Materials Management.

Management Trainee (Environment)

• Vacancies: 72
• Eligibility: Candidate should have completed degree in Environmental Engineering or any engineering degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks from a recognized University.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay of Rs 24,900-50,500

Management Trainee (Sales and Marketing)

• Vacancies: 31
• Eligibility: Candidate should have completed a recognized degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900-50,500

Management Trainee (Personnel)

• Eligibility: Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900-50,500

Management Trainee (Finance)

• Vacancies: 73
• Eligibility: Candidate should be qualified as CA or ICWA.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900-50,500

Management Trainee (Community Development)

• Vacancies: 120
• Eligibility: Candidate should have completed minimum two years full time post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized University/Institute specializing in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/Development Management/Rural Management.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs 20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs 24,900-50,500

Management Trainee (Materials Management)

• Vacancies: 17
• Eligibility: Candidate should have completed Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60 per cent marks.
• Age limit: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
• Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in National level written test of 3 hours duration, performance followed by personal interview.

2. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from paying application fees
