The Kerala High Court has invited applications for the recruitment to the post of Confidential Assistant Grade-II. The last date for application is March 20, 2014.

Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 36 years. The candidate should have completed a Bacherlor's degree in any subject awarded or recognised by any of the universities in Kerala, have a K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Typewriting (English) and K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Shorthand (English) or equivalent qualification. Candidates with Certificate in Computer Word Processing or equivalent will be given preference.
Selection
Selection will be on the basis of Dictation Test and Interview. The Dictation Test comprises Dictation of a passage (preferably a judgment) (about 1100 - 1200 words) for 10 minutes at varying speeds between 100 and 120 words per minute. The dictation should be transcribed using computer in 2½ hours.

How to applyThe application form, available at the Kerala High Court website, is to be duly filled in, with passport size photograph affixed at the space provided. Attach self-attested copies of documents in support of qualifications with the demand draft and application form and send to the 'The Registrar General, High Court of Kerala' postal address available online.
