Eligibility criteria:
- The applicant should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering from a recognized university. The applicant should also have held an analogous post on regular basis according to the post with relevant experience in the field.
Application fee:
- The applications have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000/- or Rs 500/- according to the post applied for in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Director, IHBAS, Delhi. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/Ex Servicemen/PH category are exempted from payment of fees.

- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Rs 9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs 4600/-
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Rs 9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs 4200/-
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Rs 9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs 4200/-
