Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invites application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professors, Class-I (Gazetted) in various disciplines in the Department of Medical Education. Last date to apply for the posts is before April 7, 2014.

Eligibility

Educational qualification

1. Assistant Professor (Radiology): M.D. or M.S. (Radiology) M.R.C.I. with Radiology as a special subject, D.M.R.E. 2 years' course, Speciality Board of Radiology (USA).
2. Assistant Professor (Paediatrics): M.D. (Paediatrics) F.R.C.P. (Canada) with Paediatrics as special subject Speciality Board of Paediatrics (USA)
3. Assistant Professor (Anaesthesia): M.D. or M.S. (Anaesthesiology) F.F.A.R.C. (By examination with Anaesthesiology as a special subject, Speciality Board of Anaesthesiology (USA).

Age limit: 45 years and below as on the last date of submitting online application form.

Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000 + Rs 8900 (Grade Pay)

Application Fee:

1. For General Category: Rs 400
2. For SC of HP/ ST of HP/ OBC of HP: Rs 100
3. Candidates belonging to Ex -Servicemen of HP (Ex-Servicemen, who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure)/ Blind of HP/ Visually Impaired of HP need not to pay any application fee.

2. After submitting form, candidates should download the same and dispatch along with necessary documents to "The Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002" that must reach Commission's office on or before 22 April 2014.
3. Mention the post name on the envelope containing the application form.
