IIT Bombay announces vacancy: Technical officer

Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Bombay has invited applications for recruitment at various positions by engaging eligible candidates. The candidates will be employed on contractual basis for a period of one year which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance.

Vacancies-

• Technical Officer- 1

Eligibility-

• The applicant should have done PhD in science/engineering with at least two years relevant experience thereafter
• The applying candidate should have at least masters degree in science/engineering with seven years relevant experience in related field. Relevant Experience includes research administration / research management in an industry or academic environment at middle management level or higher.

Age limit-

• The maximum age limit of the applying candidate should be 45 years

Salary-

• Selected candidates will be paid in a pay band of Rs 15600-39100 + grade pay Rs 7600

• Assistant Registrar, R&D (admin), IRCC wing, SJMSOM Building, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Powai, Mumbai-400076.
• An application fee of Rs 100 has to be paid in favour of Registrar, IIT Bombay for completing the registration.
