Eligibility-
- General Manager (Technical)- The applying candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
- Deputy General Manager (Technical)- The applying candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering or its Equivalent.
- Assistant General Manager (Finance)- The applying candidate should have CA/ MBA degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Assistant Architect- The applying candidate should be Graduate in Architecture Engineering or Equivalent.
- Jr. Engineer (Civil)- The applying candidate should have Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
- Private Secretary- The applying candidate should be Graduate or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application.
- Personal Assistant- The applying candidate should have Graduate degree or Equivalent.
- Accountant cum Cashier- The applying candidate should have Bachelor in Commerce/ MBA Degree in Finance or Equivalent.
- Office Assistant cum Computer Operator- The applying candidate should have Graduate or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application.
Salary-
- General Manager (Technical)- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-
- Deputy General Manager (Technical)- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
- Assistant General Manager (Finance)- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
- Assistant Architect- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
- Jr. Engineer (Civil)- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Private Secretary- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Personal Assistant- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Accountant cum Cashier- Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Office Assistant cum Computer Operator- Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 15000/- per month
