Orissa High Court invites applications for recruitment of junior grade typists

Odisha High Court has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of junior grade typists / data entry operators

Vacancies-

• Junior Grade Typist/ Data Entry Operator- 10 posts
• Gen- 6
• SC-2
• ST-2

Eligibility-

• The applying candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
• The aspirant should also have additional qualification in data entry operation with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English type writing. 

Salary-

• Selected candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs.5,200-20,200/- with grade pay of Rs.1,900/-

Selection process-

• Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test conducted by the recruitment committee. 
• The exam will consist of 4 parts:
• Part 1- It will be of 2 hours with a maximum of 100 marks. The paper will cover English (Essay, Translation of a passage from Odia to English and from English to Odia, Grammar) Part 2- The test will be only of 10 minutes and will be of 100 marks it is basically a skill test in type writing.
• Part 3- This will be a computer test of 30 minutes with a maximum of 100 marks.
• Part 4- There will be a viva voice of 20 marks.
