Eligibility

• Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer: Candidates should have at least a second class bachelor's degree in arts, science or Commerce and have passed CA, ICWA or SAS examination and must have at least five years experience in responsible supervisory position in a government department/autonomous organization.
• Deputy Director of Training: Candidates must have a first or second class degree in engineering/technology or equivalent or a post graduate degree in either with at least seven years' field experience. 

Age limit

• Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer: Candidates' maximum age limit should be 50 years as on November 17, 2014.
• Deputy Director of Training: Candidates' maximum age limit should be 45 years as on November 17, 2014.

Pay scale

• Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer: Selected candidates will get Rs 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs 5,400.
• Deputy Director of Training: Selected candidates will get Rs 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600.
