Eligibility-

• Chief General Manager (Finance)-
• The applying candidate should have a qualification of CA/ICWA or MBA, two years with specialization in finance from a recognized univesity/ institute.
• Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration)-
• The applying candidate should have a qualification of CA/ICWA or MBA, two years with specialization in human resources from a recognized university/ institute
• General Manager (Finance)-
• The applying candidate should have a qualification of CA/ICWA or MBA, two years with specialization in finance from a recognized univesity/ institute.
• General Manager (Marketing)-
• The candidate should have first class degree in engineering from a recognized university or full time diploma in foreign trade from IIFT/MBA/PG Degree/ Diploma with specialization in marketing from a recognized university.

Age limit-

1. Chief General Manager (Finance)(On Deputation)-52 years
2. Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration)- 52 years
3. General Manager (Finance)- 50 years
4. General Manager (Marketing)- 50 years

Salary-

1. Chief General Manager (Finance)(On Deputation)- In a pay scale of Rs. 51,300- 73,000/- 
2. Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration)- In a pay scale of Rs. 51,300- 73,000
3. General Manager (Finance)- In a pay scale of Rs. 43,200- 66,000
4. General Manager (Marketing)- In a pay scale of Rs. 43,200- 66,000
