Ministry of Defence has announced job vacancies for security guards

Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has issued notification inviting applications for filling 3 posts of security guards.
Interested candidates should send their applications to 344 Coy ASC (SUP) Type 'B', PIN- 905344, C/O 56 APO by registered post/speed post.

  1. Total No. of Posts: 3 
  2. Period of Probation: Two years
  3. Chowkidar
  4. 3 posts

  • Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800 per month
  • Eligibility : Class 10th pass or equivalent with required physical fitness

Age limit
  1. Minimum: 18 years
  2. Maximum: 30 years
  3. [Maximum age limit for OBC candidates is 28 years)

Selection Procedure
  • Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the various test including written test, moral test, Medical tests and Interview.
  • Date and time for the tests/ interview would be mentioned in the Acknowledgement card. The tests would be held/ conducted at '344 Coy ASC (SUP) Type 'B', PIN- 905344, C/O 56 APO

  • How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications in the prescribed format along with copies of required certificates/ documents / testimonials and 2 self-addressed, stamped envelope by Registered post only to 'The Commanding Officer, 344 Coy ASC (SUP) Type 'B', PIN- 905344, C/O 56 APO' on or before 2 January 2015.
