Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organisation recruitment for various posts

The Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organisation (CPHEEO), New Delhi, has invited applications for recruitment from eligible and interested candidates for various vacant posts.
The Central Health Public Health and Environment Engineering Organisation (CPHEEO) is the technical wing of the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, and deals with the matters related to urban water supply and sanitation including solid waste management in the country. The CPHEEO was constituted under the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in 1953 as per the recommendations of the Environmental Hygiene Committee to deal with water supply and sanitation in the country.

Name of the posts:

1. Advisor (Public health and Environmental engineering) - 1 Post
2. Deputy Advisor (Public Health engineering) - 2 Posts
3. Assistant Advisor (Public Health engineering) - 3 Posts

Pay Scale:

1. For Post I - Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 with grade pay of Rs 10,000.
2. For Post II - Rs 15,600 to Rs 39,100 with grade pay of Rs 7600.
3. For Post III - Rs 15,600 to Rs 39,100 with grade pay of Rs 6,600.

 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• The applicants' age should not exceed 56 years.

Educational Qualification:

• Central /State /Union Territories /Universities/PSUs/semi Govt/Autonomous/Recognised Research Institutions/Statutory Organisations.

Selection Procedure:

• An interview would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
