IHBAS to recruit medical officer, nurses on contract

Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) has invited applications from Indian citizens for recruitment to various posts on contract basis for a project titled "District Mental Health Programme" (DMHP) under government of NCT of Delhi, NMHP programme for two districts.
The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before September 30, 2014.

1. Programme Officer/Psychiatrist/Medical Officer: 1 Posts
2. Clinical Psychologist/Psychologist: 2 Posts
3. Psychiatric Nurse/Trained General Nurse: 1 Posts
4. Record Keeper: 2 Posts
5. Community Nurse: 2 Posts
6. Case Registry Assistant: 2 Posts

Pay Scale

1. Programme Officer/Psychiatrist/Medical Officer: Rs 50,000/Rs 30,000 per month
2. Clinical Psychologist/Psychologist: Rs 30,000/Rs 18,000 per month
3. Psychiatric Nurse/Trained General Nurse: Rs 25,000/Rs 15,000 per month
4. Record Keeper: Rs 10,000 per month
5. Community Nurse: Rs 25,000 per month
6. Case Registry Assistant: Rs 8,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Programme Officer/Psychiatrist/Medical Officer: Psychiatrist (MD, Psychiatry or DNB Psychiatry or DPM) with working experience in any Hospital in the department of Psychiatry.
2. Clinical Psychologist/Psychologist: Clinical Psychologist (M. Phil Cl. Psychology) and In case of trained Psychologist (MA Psychology).
3. Psychiatric Nurse/Trained General Nurse: Psychiatric Nurse (MSc Psych. Nursing and DPN) and In case of General Nurse 12th with A Grade certificate in Nursing and Certificate in midwifery or BSc in Nursing and should speak Hindi fluently.
4. Record Keeper: Graduate with suitable experience.
5. Community Nurse: Trained General Nurse with administrative experience.
6. Case Registry Assistant: 12th class passed and proficiency in computer, office work OR experience in relevant field work.

Selection Procedure:

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. In case there are more applicants for a post a written exam will be conducted prior to interview.

Application Fee

• Rs 500 for Post No. 1, 2, 3 & 5 and Rs.250/- for Posts No. 4 & 6 in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, IHBAS, Delhi. Fees to be paid only by General and OBC category
