Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai announces job vacancies for various posts

The Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS), Chennai has invited applications for the posts of Research Fellow and Project Assistant.
The mandates of the university are to impart education, to ensure advancement of learning and prosecution of research and to undertake extension to rural people in cooperation with the government departments in different branches of veterinary and animal sciences.

Vacancies

• Total Posts: 3
• Name of the posts: Research Fellow, Project Assistant
• Pay Scale: For the research fellow post, candidates would be getting Rs 8000 per month and for the project assistant post, the candidate would be getting Rs 18000 per month and HRA 10 per cent for first and second year.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: The applicants' age should not exceed 35 years. Age relaxation would be provided as per the rules.
• Educational Qualification: Those applying for the job should have passed graduation and M.V.Sc., in Veterinary and Animal Sciences or have equivalent qualification from a recognised board/university.
• Selection Procedure: An interview and a written test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
