Here are the details:

Chief Manager Business Development: 

• A graduate with MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from any recognised institute/university. Technical graduation in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology/Civil/Mechanical from any recognised institute/ university.
• The candidate must possess eight years of experience in a reputed private/public sector and at least three years of experience at executive level in the respective field.
• Age Group: The age of the candidate should be 42 years.
• Pay Scale: The candidates will draw between Rs. 24,900-50,500 in a month

Chief Manager (Finance and Accounts):

• Graduation in commerce with CA / ICWA/ MBA/ PGDBM with specialisation in Finance/ Banking from any recognized institute. Minimum eight years of experience in a reputed private/ public sector and at least three years of working experience at executive level in the relevant field.
• Age Group: The age of the candidate should be 42 years.
• Pay Scale: The candidates will earn between Rs. 24,900-50,500 in a month.

Deputy Manager Business Development: 

• Graduate with MBA/ PGDBM with a specialisation in Marketing from any recognised institute.
• Minimum working experience of five years in a reputed private/ public sector and at least two years of experience at executive level in the relevant field.
• Age Group: The age of the candidate should be 35 years.
• Pay Scale: The candidate will earn between Rs. 16,400-40,500 per month

Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): 

• Graduate in commerce with CA/ ICWA / MBA/ PGDBM with specialisation in Finance/ Banking from a recognised institute.
• Minimum working experience of three years in a reputed private/ public sector in the relevant field.
• Age Group: The age of the candidate should be 35 years.
• Pay Scale: The candidate will earn between Rs. 16,400-40,500 per month.
