Uttar Pradesh Basic Shiksha Parishad (UPBSP) has invited applications for recruitment to the post of primary teachers. Interested and eligible candidates can fill in the forms online by February 6.

Eligibility criteria:
- Educational qualification: The candidates applying for this post should have qualified TET (Teacher Eligibility Test). Also they should have completed their BTC/ VBTC from any recognised university/ institute.
- Age limit: The candidates applying for this post should age between 21 and 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved category.
- Selection Process: The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written exam and a personal interview.
- Application Process: In order to apply, the candidates are required to log in to the official website and fill in the applications, online.
- Application fee: The candidates belonging to general category and OBC category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500. The candidates belonging to reserved category should pay only Rs 200.
